Pressing SOS triggers immediate escalation to our Casi emergency response system, ensuring fast communication and assistance.
3.1 How do I book a ride?
You can book a ride through:

Web booking includes pickup → destination → ride tier → fare estimate → secure OTP login → payment → live tracking.
3.2 Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes – and SheRyde makes it safer.
You can:
• Book for another person
• Upload their picture
• Share the live tracking link
• Provide special notes for the driver
3.3 Can women choose women drivers?
Yes, women can choose women drivers at no extra cost.
If matched with a male driver, users can trust that these drivers meet SheRyde’s high safety, behaviour and professionalism standards.
